The Street Fair will be on Saturday June 3rd 2017 

The Street Fair is a rain or shine event


All applications received after May 12th will be charged a $30 late fee

There are 3 Ways to Participate:

1. *Booth on The Town Common

*NBA Members(Free booth)/Needham non-profits(non-member) $60

  • Make payments for any rented equiptment or electricity as noted below.
  • All booth spaces are 10'x10'.
  • Tables should be 8'x6'.  You can bring your own table or the NBA can rent the table on your behalf.  Rental cost is $20 table, $10/chair.  Rental fees can be made by Paypal, credit card over the phone, or via check.  Checks should be made payable to the Needham Business Association and mailed to:

  • Tents are advised but are not available for rent from the NBA.
  • If you are giving away or selling ANY food items, including pre-packaged food (candy, water bottles, etc.) you must have a One-day Temporary Food Permit from The Needham Board of Health.  

  • Food Permit Application must be filed and completed no later than May 22nd (10 business days prior to the event).  You may call The Needham Board of Health 781-455-7500 ext. 511 for any further information or questions.
  • Booth assignments are done based upon sponsorships, electricity requirements and as deemed appropriate by the NBA.
  • Request for specific booth can be made in the comments section of the application.  We will do our best to accomodate any requests.
2. *Food Court
*NBA Members
  • Food Court hours are 11-3.  Please provide staff and ample food for the duration.
  • 1 8'x6' table and 2 chairs can be provided at no cost by the NBA.  If your foot print will require more than a 10'x10' space at the food court or you prefer to bring your own equipment please indicate this on in the comment section.  Please specify what you will be bringing and the amount of space desired. Space is limited.
  • All businesses participating in the Food Court must apply for a Temporary Food Permit from The Town of Needham.  Food permits must be filed and completed no later than May 22nd (at least 10 business days prior to the event).  Please contact the Needham Board of Health for further information: 781-455-7500 ext. 511.
3. *Store Front
*Any Needham Business

  • Businesses are encouraged to post the Street Fair Flyer (provided by the NBA) in your window and on your website.
  • Participation may include but is not limited to offering special sales, selling and/or displaying merchandise outside your store, providing free gift wrap, or demonstrations.
Event Promotion & Advertising by the NBA
  • All business that have completed the online registration form by May 12th will be listed on and in the Hometown Weekly Newspaper pullout section printed on May 25th and June 1.
